At the heart of Brick Bay is our renowned Sculpture Trail, an ever-evolving open-air gallery featuring over 60 large-scale contemporary sculptures set amidst native bush, a precious kauri forest, and tranquil lakes. Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in the creativity and wonder of some of New Zealand’s most exciting artists.

The Glass House Restaurant is our architectural award-winning pavilion, elegantly cantilevered over a serene lake. Here, we showcase fresh, seasonal produce from our farm, orchards, and gardens, offering a true taste of contemporary New Zealand cuisine.

Brick Bay Wines reflect our unique terroir, crafted exclusively from 100% estate-grown grapes in our boutique vineyard. We also produce our own olive oil and honey, further celebrating the land’s bounty.

From a rural passion project in the 1980s to a thriving team of over 40 dedicated staff, Brick Bay remains deeply committed to sustainability and kaitiakitanga—stewarding this precious land for future generations.
