Pacific Star, our Auckland charter yacht, is an Alan Wright designed, 41 foot catamaran that previously operated as a charter boat in Vavau before being bought by our friends and brought back to NZ. We have sailed on it with our friends to the Pacific 5 times and have holidayed on it in Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu and New Caledonia as well as sailing it around the top of NZ to the South Island for an adventure. As the story goes, we loved the boat so much, we bought it!
We undertook a complete refit to prepare it for luxury chartering and have achieved our MOSS certification and are certified as official Marine Transport Operators.
We comfortably take 12 out for day sailing, 8 overnight and have a large saloon for entertaining all our guests, roomy cockpit with shade to avoid the sun when needed and plenty of room upfront for sunbathing, enjoying the view and spotting dolphins, whales and seabirds.
With enough toys to undertake a variety of activities, we can give you a fantastic day out in the outer Hauraki Gulf cruising in one of the most beautiful marine parks in the world.
